Life is full of troubles and challenges, isn't it? Sometimes, in the midst of it all, we tend to forget who we are and who we want to be.
In this episode, I offer my two cents on how I navigate these moments of self-doubt. The process is rather simple and can be summarized as follows:
Write down the things you've done in your life that are filled with positive feelings.
Look back at them as if they were scenes in a film, letting the memories flow.
Revisit the emotions these experiences used to bring, and notice what feelings they evoke now.
What do you miss? What would you change? What would you do in each and every universe? Who are the people who you treasure the most? What brings you true joy?
This exercise is a great and mindful tool for showing you where you're headed, and for checking in with yourself to see if this direction still serves you.
